Do you see yourself as a leader?

Depends

I am more confident leading groups than I was in the past. Sometimes I find myself leading a situation and I didn’t plan to do so.

My two careers ( video broadcasting, then teaching middle school) are the types of careers where you find yourself stepping up to make a difference.

As I get older. I become more careful about what I’m asked to do. Sometimes to the point where I’m taking responsibility for more than one thing and spreading myself too thin.

One piece of advice for leaders…. Don’t be afraid to say NO.
