Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

My #1 rule is no work on Saturday. As a teacher, I may have to take my work home on occasion; grading papers, updating lesson plans. But I have the rule to not do any of that on Saturday.

This is my time to go walking, swimming or do yard work and gardening.

Even house cleaning is play as I blast music while folding clothes or washing floors.
