What makes a good leader?

Margaret Thatcher said,

“ Don’t follow the crowd, let the crowd follow you.”

I agree with a previous post that simply explained the difference between a leader and a boss. Bosses tell you what to do. In some cases, there’s little or no care and empathy for the worker. Leaders tell you what to do, but also guide people to be the best possible person they can be. Good Leaders are caring and empathetic . They listen and set positive examples. Good leaders are human. They admit to mistakes and will accept fault when something goes wrong.
