A cup of coffee followed by NYT Spelling Bee. I’ll do as much as I can then switch to strands, followed by connections.
At this point, my husband and sister- in- law text their results and we discuss some of the silly words or words we didn’t know were words.
Now my brain had enough practice. I do the mini crossword. I’ll know answers, but I have fat fingers so many of the words are misspelled . It takes up time to correct the spelling.
Take a break from NYT and do globe. I do good with Europe and the Americas, but I have to pull up a map when the guess is in Oceania.
Then comes the crème de la creme; wordle.
I always begin with ADIEU . I have a 63 day streak going.
Sometimes, after my husband does wordle, he’ll pull up the wordle bot; they discuss your guesses. Wordle seems to be nice to me, but the bot is hard on my husband even when he gives correct answers or they may suggest a word that has nothing to do with the clues.
We think bot is jealous when we win.
